The average sold price was $650,921. Currently there are 71 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 69 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,140,000 (#50 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $389,900 (#117 4742 Blue Heron Way).
