Detached home sales in Ladner were once again up for the month of April (26) when compared to the same month last year (11). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,675,000 (Whitworth Crescent) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $970,000 (Ladner Trunk Road). Seventeen homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 13 days. Currently there are 74 single family home listings on the market compared to 68 at the end of April. As of today the highest priced listing is $4,500,000 (4726 60B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $229,000 (#11 3871 W River Road). The average list price is $1,470,858 (single family).

Like Ladner, detached home sales were really up again in March 2021 (52) when compared to the same month last year (18). Twenty homes sold above their asking price and five homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,998,000 (Graham Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $928,000 (Mallard Lane). On average it took 33 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 109 active listings on the market compared to 95 listings at the end of March. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (225 English Bluff) and the lowest priced listing is $1,098,000 (4878 5th Ave). The average list price is $1,870,267 (single family).
