2011 has been a very good year for million dollar home sales in the South Surrey/White Rock area. As of mid November, 466 homes in South Surrey/White Rock have sold over a million dollars. This is more than double the number of million dollar sales in 2010 (226) as well as 2009 (189) and 2008(157).
