Detached home sales were up for April 2013 athere were 119 sales compared to 102 sales for the same month last year.  Three homes sold at their asking price and five homes sold above their asking price.  The highest priced home sold for $6,800,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $527,500.  Currently there are 797 active listings on the market (785 last month).  The highest priced listing is $7,488,888 (14154 Marine Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $267,000 (#38-1400 164th Street).
