Cambie Real Estate Update (April 2015)

Detached home sales were down for April 2015 as there were 11 sales compared to 17 sales for the same month last year.  The highest priced home to sell in April was for $2,630,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $1,320,000.  Five homes sold over their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  All 11 sales were above their 2015 tax assessment values.

 

Currently there are 48 homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 45 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,438,000 (27 W 22nd Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $4,988,000 (211 W 26th Ave).  During April, there were three homes which reduced their price and there were two listings that expired.
