Cambie Real Estate Update (February 2018)

Detached home sales (3) were up for January 2018 when compared to the same month last year (2).  The highest priced home sold for $3,700,000 and the lowest price home sold for $3,405,000.  All three homes sold below their asking price and they all sold above their 2017 tax assessment values. There were no price reductions during the month and nine homes had their listings expire.

 

Currently there are 34 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 29 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,100,000 (3867 Tupper Street) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $9,388,000 (5235 Kersland Drive).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,814,134.
