Detached home sales were down for July 2014 as there were 8 sales compared to 12 sales for the
same month last year. The highest priced home to sell in July was for $2,425,000 and the lowest
priced home to sell was for $1,408,000. Two homes sold over their asking price while the rest of
the sales were all below their asking price. All 8 sales were above their 2014 tax assessment
values.


Currently there are 42 homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 44 homes
for sale. The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,638,000 and the highest priced home for
sale is listed at $4,180,000. At the end of July, there was 1 listing that expired as they were unable
