Detached home sales (6) were up for October 2016 when compared to the same month last year (4).  Three homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. Also all sales were above their 2016 tax assessment value. In terms of price changes, 2 homes reduced their price and 5 listings expired.

 

Currently there are 24 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 32 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,998,000 (12 West 18th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $6,200,000 (588 West King Edward Ave).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $2,902,146.
