Detached home sales (1) were slightly down for September 2018 when compared to the same month last year (4).  The only sale sold for $2,080,000 and this was below its asking price. Also this home sold below its 2018 tax assessment value. There were two price reductions during the month and two homes had their listings expire.


Currently there are 53 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 49 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,099,000 (53 West 41st Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $13,980,000 (5480 & 5488 Cambie Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $5,409,902.  For all current listing information, please visit Cambie-Homes.com.
