Detached home sales (14) were really up when compared to the same month last year (5).  The highest priced home sold for $3,800,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,925,00.  Three homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales weer all below their asking price. Also only 1 sale was below their 2019 tax assessment value. There were three price reductions during the month and two homes had their listings expire.
