Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of June (17) when compared to the same month last year (20). The highest priced home sold for $1,140,000 (Frigate Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $820,000 (61st Street).  Two sales were at their asking price and the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 54 days. Currently there are 111 listings on the market compared to 125 at the end of June. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $175,000 (#1 4671 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,147,896 (single family).
