Detached home sales were down for February 2018 (20) when compared to the same month last year (24).  One sale was above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,980,000 (English Bluff) and the lowest priced home sold for $802,500 (Village Greens Wynd).  On average it took 52 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 139 active listings on the market compared to 123 listings at the end of  February. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $998,000 (1330 53A Street). The average list price is $1,749,868.

Detached home sales in Ladner were really down for the month of February (8) when compared to the same month last year (19). The highest priced home sold for $1,350,000 (46th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $645,000 (Regatta Way).  All 8 sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 33 days. Currently there are 86 listings on the market compared to 84 at the end of February.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,500,000 (2990 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $379,900 (#18 3871 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,427,077 (single family).
