Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of June (30) when compared to the same month last year (27). The highest priced home sold for $2,370,000 (3925 64th St) and the lowest priced home sold for $492,000 (#9 3459 W River Road). Ten homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for June was $910,190 (June 2013 average $643,875).  Currently there are 57 listings on the market compared to 64 at the end of June. As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $325,000 (#12-3871 West River Rd).

Currently there are 19 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 18 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $598,800  (#6-5501 Ladner Trunk Rd) and the lowest priced listing is $299,900 (#18 5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
