Detached home sales in Ladner were once again down for the month of June (17) when compared to the same month last year (27). The highest priced home sold for $1,320,000 (45th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $365,000 (West River Road).  One home sold above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 35 days. Currently there are 124 listings on the market compared to 121 at the end of June.  As of today the highest priced listing is $18,000,000 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $195,000 (#9 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,373,950 (single family).
