Detached home sales in Ladner were slightly down for the month of November (15) when compared to the same month last year (16). The highest priced home sold for $1,315,000 (4528 Arthur Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $515,000 (4562 46A St).   Two homes sold above their  asking price and two homes sold at their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for November was $759,636 (November 2012 average $617,423)Currently there are 49 listings on the market compared to 49 at the end of November.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $119,000 (#7-3350 Westham Island Rd).
