Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of May (9) when compared to the same month last year (15). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,305,000 (Duffy Place) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $645,000 (Regatta Way).  One home sold at its asking price and two homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 34 days. Currently there are 62 single family home listings on the market compared to 65 at the end of May.  As of today the highest priced listing is $4,750,000 (4740 60B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $389,000 (#6 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,321,773 (single family).
