Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of August (19) when compared to the same month last year (16). The highest priced single family home sold for $6,050,000 (Ladner Trunk Rd) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $750,000 (47A Avenue). One home sold at its asking price and three homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 30 days. Currently there are 74 single family home listings on the market compared to 67 at the end of August.  As of today the highest priced listing is $4,750,000 (4740 60B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $349,000 (#6 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,335,377 (single family).
