Tsawwassen Home Sales (December 2015)

Detached home sales were up more than double for December 2015 (28) when compared to the same month last year (11). Twelve homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $4,280,000 (1031 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $870,000 (1022 53A Street).  The average sales price for December was $1,552,814 (December 2013 average $735,312).  As of today there are 52 active listings on the market compared to 32 listings at the end of December. The highest priced listing currently is $7,888,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $838,000 (938 53A Street).  The average list price is $1,561,424.
