Tsawwassen Home Sales (February 2016)

Detached home sales were way up for  February 2016 (50) when compared to the same month last year (25).  Nineteen homes sold above their asking price and eight homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,288,000 (878 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $820,000 (938 53A Ave).  The average sales price for February was $1,365,054 (February 2014 average $869,838).  As of today there are 116 active listings on the market compared to 93 listings at the end of February. The highest priced listing currently is $7,888,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $888,000 (914 53A Street).  The average list price is $1,342,363.

The average sold price was $587,451.  Currently there are 18 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (36 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $198,000 (#245 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $965,000 (5526 6A Ave).
