The highest priced home sold for $1,665,619 (Farrell Crescent) and the lowest priced home sold for $988,000 (Enderby Ave).  On average it took 105 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 136 active listings on the market compared to 116 listings at the end of January. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $998,000 (1671 Braid Road). The average list price is $1,806,223.
