Detached home sales were down for June 2019 (12) when compared to the same month last year (16).  One sale was at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,990,000 (English Bluff) and the lowest priced home sold for $840,000 (9th Ave).  On average it took 60 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 190 active listings on the market compared to 189 listings at the end of June. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,000 (210 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $590,000 (5334 10A Ave). The average list price is $1,530,290.
