Tsawwassen Home Sales (March 2016)

Detached home sales were down for March 2016 (41) when compared to the same month last year (47).  Seven homes sold above their asking price and ten homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,470,000 (1312  Beach Grove Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $958,000 (1270 Pacific Drive).  The average sales price for March was $1,387,595 (March 2014 average $811,053).  As of today there are 135 active listings on the market compared to 116 listings at the end of March. The highest priced listing currently is $7,888,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $888,000 (914 53A Street).  The average list price is $1,403,748.

Currently there are 23 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (18 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $198,000 (#245 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $4,488,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
