Detached home sales were lower for May 2017 (37) when compared to the same month last year (46).  Six sales were above their asking price and three sales were at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,139,000 (1A Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $940,000 (Gillespie Road).  On average it took 35 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 156 active listings on the market compared to 142 listings at the end of May. The highest priced listing currently is $8,900,000 (598 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $859,900 (245 Morningside Drive). The average list price is $1,304,393.
