Detached home sales were down for May 2019 (19) when compared to the same month last year (26).  All sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,900,000 (Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $725,000 (Centennial Pkwy).  On average it took 47 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 189 active listings on the market compared to 197 listings at the end of May. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,000 (210 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $590,000 (5334 10A Ave). The average list price is $1,566,755.
