Detached home sales were up for July 2019 (20) when compared to the same month last year (16).  Two sales were above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,062,000 (1A Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $740,000 (53A Street).  On average it took 49 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 186 active listings on the market compared to 190 listings at the end of July. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,800 (532 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $799,000 (5846 17A Ave). The average list price is $1,592,193.

Currently there are 83 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (101 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $329,900 (#154 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
