Detached home sales were up for November 2019 (16) when compared to the same month last year (9).  Three homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,850,000 (Duncan Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $849,000 (Farrell Crescent).  On average it took 61 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 128 active listings on the market compared to 153 listings at the end of November. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,800 (532 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $749,000 (950 53A Street). The average list price is $1,693,119.
