Three sales were above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  The highest priced home sold for $1,935,000 (731 English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $531,000 (5874 17A Ave). The average sales price for April was $733,800 (April 2012 average $727,300).  As of today there are 163 active listings on the market compared to 147 listings at the end of  April.  The highest priced listing currently is $7,700,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $529,000 (5114 11A Ave).
