Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of February (19) when compared to the same month last year (29). The highest priced home sold for $1,977,920 (104th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $785,000 (River Road). One sale was at its asking price and one sale was above its asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 47 days. Currently there are 107 listings on the market compared to 106 at the end of February. As of today the highest priced listing is $15,375,000 (5039 112th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $319,000 (#18 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,504,024 (single family home).
