Detached home sales in Ladner were double for the month of August (22) when compared to the same month last year (11). The highest priced home sold for $1,348,000 (Central Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $305,000 (River Road). Two sales were at their asking price and 2 sales were above their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 49 days. Currently there are 86 listings on the market compared to 85 at the end of August.  As of today the highest priced listing is $13,940,000 (2810 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $249,000 (#13 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,584,089 (single family).

The highest priced home sold for $1,738,000 (Connaught Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $942,000 (Babcock Place).  On average it took 45 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 157 active listings on the market compared to 155 listings at the end of August. Detached home sales (3) were slightly up for August 2017 when compared to the same month last year (1).  One home sold above its asking price and the other sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home to sell in August was for $4,100,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $2,990,000. Also two of the three sales were below their 2017 tax assessment values. There was one price reduction during the month as well as there were no listings which expired.
