Detached home sales in Ladner were once again down for the month of December (5) when compared to the same month last year (8). The highest priced home sold for $1,300,000 (44B Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $640,000 (5391 Regatta Way).  All sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 47 days. Currently there are 80 listings on the market compared to 93 at the end of December. As of today the highest priced listing is $11,500,000 (2990 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $349,000 (#6 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,246,630 (single family).
