Detached home sales in Ladner were slightly down for the month of January (9) when compared to the same month last year (10). The highest priced home sold for $1,500,000 (52A Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $610,000 (Regatta Way).  All sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 88 days. Currently there are 89 listings on the market compared to 80 at the end of January.
