Detached home sales were way up for February 2020 (19) when compared to the same month last year (7).  Five homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,602,000 (Glenwood Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $820,000 (Whitcomb Place).  On average it took 61 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 122 active listings on the market compared to 108 listings at the end of February. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,000 (210 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $554,900 (5864 Wolf Way). The average list price is $1,664,802.

Currently there are 82 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (82 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $389,900 (#302 5556 14th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,180,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).

Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of February (15) when compared to the same month last year (10). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,409,524 (64th Street) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $690,000 (Spinnaker Bay).  Three homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 18 days. Currently there are 77 single family home listings on the market compared to 63 at the end of February. As of today the highest priced listing is $4,488,000 (5642 Grove Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $389,000 (#6 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,181,246 (single family).
