Detached home sales were up for June 2020 (29) when compared to the same month last year (18).  Six homes sold above their asking price and one home at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,400,000 (Beach Grove Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $850,000 (6A Ave).  On average it took 63 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 162 active listings (single family) on the market compared to 136 listings at the end of June. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced listing is $848,800 (5106 12th Ave). The average list price is $1,624,204.

Currently there are 105 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (94 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $349,900 (#250 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $2,880,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).

Detached home sales in Ladner were slightly down for the month of June (20) when compared to the same month last year (22). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,490,000 (Cove Reach Road) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $643,000 (Regatta Way).  Three homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 73 days. Currently there are 60 single family home listings on the market compared to 62 at the end of June.  As of today the highest priced listing is $4,750,000 (4740 60B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $389,000 (#6 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,335,801 (single family).

Currently there are 65 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 68 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,229,000 (#28 5300 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $345,000 (#203 4926 48th Ave).
