Cambie Real Estate Update (April 2019)

Detached home sales (3) were down for March 2019 when compared to the same month last year (5).  The highest priced home sold for $2,422,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $2,238,000.  All three homes sold above their asking price.  Also two of the three sales were below their 2018 tax assessment values. There was one price reduction during the month and six homes had their listings expire.

Currently there are 48 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 40 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,090,000 (239 563 West 21st Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $13,980,000 (5480 & 5488 Cambie Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,224,265.  For all current listing information, please visit
