Cambie Real Estate Update (April 2020)

Detached home sales (5) were up when compared to the same month last year (3).  The highest priced home sold for $3,250,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $2,188,000.  One home sold  above its asking price and one home sold at its asking price. Also four homes sold above their 2019 tax assessment values. There was one price reduction during the month and there weren’t any homes which had their listings expire.

Currently there are 29 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 35 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,090,000 (834 West 18th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $6,680,000 (5368 Manson Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,058,468.  For all current listing information, please visit
