Cambie Real Estate Update (December 2017)

Detached home sales (5) were slightly up for November 2017 when compared to the same month last year (3).  One home sold at its asking price and the other sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home to sell in November was for $4,000,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $1,978,000. Three of the five sales were above their 2017 tax assessment values. There were no price reductions during the month and two homes had their listings expire.


Currently there are 32 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 43 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,398,000 (420 West 20th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $9,998,000 (5538 Willow Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,861,837.  For all current listing information, please visit
