Cambie Real Estate Update (July 2017)

Detached home sales (5) were really down for June 2017 when compared to the same month last year (15).  One home sold above its asking price and the other sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home to sell in June was for $3,385,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $2,286,000. Also all sales were above their 2016 tax assessment values. There were two price reductions during the month as well as 3 listings which expired.


Currently there are 32 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 28 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,350,800 (145 West 19th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $11,000,000 (485 West 35th Ave).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $2,906,600.  For all current listing information, please visit
