Cambie Real Estate Update (July 2018)

Detached home sales (14) were really up for June 2018 when compared to the same month last year (5).  The highest priced home sold for $4,850,000 and the lowest price home sold for $2,430,000.  Three homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at it’s asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. Also eleven of the homes sold above their 2017 tax assessment values. There were three price reductions during the month and six homes had their listings expire.

Currently there are 42 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 53 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,895,000 (820 West 23rd Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $10,000,000 (5676 Ash Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,262,548.  For all current listing information, please visit
