Cambie Real Estate Update (June 2015)

Detached home sales were up for June 2015 as there were 11 sales compared to 7 sales for the same month last year.  The highest priced home to sell in June was for $3,898,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $1,798,000.  Six homes sold over their asking price and one home sold at its asking price.  All 11 sales were above their 2015 tax assessment values.


Currently there are 48 homes for sale and this is slightly up from last month where there were 47 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,698,000 (121 West 17th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $6,088,000 (416 West 27th Ave).  During June, there were two homes which reduced their price and there were three listings that expired.
