Cambie Real Estate Update (June 2016)

Detached home sales (11) were down for June 2016 when compared to the same month last year (15).  The highest priced home to sell in June was for $4,080,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $2,458,000.  Six homes sold above their asking price and the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  Also all 15 sales were above their 2016 tax assessment values. In terms of price changes, there were none during the month but 2 listings did expire.


Currently there are 33 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 32 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,960,000 (845 West 17th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $6,200,000 (588 West King Edward Ave).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $3,277,545.  For all current listing information, please visit
