Cambie Real Estate Update (June 2018)

Detached home sales (7) were down for May 2018 when compared to the same month last year (14).  The highest priced home sold for $6,100,000 and the lowest price home sold for $2,145,000.  Two homes sold above their asking price while all the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. Also four of the homes sold above their 2017 tax assessment values. There were three price reductions during the month and three homes had their listings expire.


Currently there are 53 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 46 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,998,000 (820 West 23rd Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $4,100,640 (5538 Willow Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,100,640.  For all current listing information, please visit
