Cambie Real Estate Update (November 2017)

Detached home sales (8) were slightly up for October 2017 when compared to the same month last year (6).  Three homes sold above their asking price and the other sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home to sell in October was for $5,000,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $2,150,000. Five of the eight sales were above their 2017 tax assessment values. There were three price reductions during the month and one home had its listing expire.


Currently there are 43 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 41 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,998,000 (3575 Laurel Street) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $9,998,000 (5538 Willow Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,912,602.
