Cambie Real Estate Update (October 2017)

Detached home sales (4) were slightly down for September 2017 when compared to the same month last year (6).  One home sold above its asking price and the other sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home to sell in September was for $4,520,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $3,100,000. All four sales were above their 2017 tax assessment values. There were no price reductions during the month, but 4 homes came off the market as their listings expired.


Currently there are 41 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 35 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,588,000 (772 West 17th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $9,998,000 (5538 Willow Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,952,094.  For all current listing information, please visit
