Detached home sales in Ladner were slightly down for the month of June (20) when compared to the same month last year (22). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,490,000 (Cove Reach Road) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $643,000 (Regatta Way).  Three homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 73 days. Currently there are 60 single family home listings on the market compared to 62 at the end of June.  As of today the highest priced listing is $4,750,000 (4740 60B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $389,000 (#6 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,335,801 (single family).
