Ladner Home Sales (April 2014)

Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of April (39) when compared to the same month last year (25).  The highest priced home sold for $1,050,000 (3330 W River Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $510,000 (4496 61 St).   Two homes sold at their asking price and three homes sold above their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for April was $617,100 (April 2012 average $648,200).  Currently there are 115 listings on the market compared to 123 at the end of April.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $82,000 (#5-3350 Westham Island Rd).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were also up for April 2014 (18) when compared to April 2013 (11).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $700,000 (#5 5300 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $265,000 (#206 4885 53rd Street).  Currently there are 54 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 56 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $789,900  (#92-5900 Ferry Rd) and the lowest priced listing is $239,900 (D203-4845 53rd Street).
