Ladner Home Sales (April 2016)

Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of April (40) when compared to the same month last year (32). The highest priced home sold for $1,711,000 (5575 Cove Inlet Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $621,000 (5355 Regatta Way).  Sixteen homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for April was $1,098,872 (April 2014 average $635,070)Currently there are 90 listings on the market compared to 84 at the end of April. As of today the highest priced listing is $5,688,800 (Lot 1 Hwy 99..farmland by Town & Country) and the lowest priced listing is $269,000 (4525 River Road).  The average list price is $1,095,337.

The average sold price was $526,309.  Currently there are 43 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 19 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $998,000  (#111 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $319,000 (#107 4926 48th Ave).
