Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of April (14) when compared to the same month last year (19). The highest priced home sold for $1,198,100 (Dawn Place) and the lowest priced home sold for $315,000 (W River Road).  Two sales were above their asking price and all the rest of the sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 109 days. Currently there are 117 listings on the market compared to 118 at the end of April. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $189,000 (#11 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,117,477 (single family).

The average sold price was $671,158. Currently there are 70 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 65 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,140,000 (#50 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $389,900 (#117 4742 Blue Heron Way).
