Ladner Home Sales (August 2014)

Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of August (17) when compared to the same month last year (14).   The highest priced home sold for $935,238 (5536 52nd Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $380,000 (5359 Jibset).   Two homes sold above their asking price and one home sold above its asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for August was $725,475 (August 2012 average $765,036). 

Currently there are 85 listings on the market compared to 73 at the end of August.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $82,000 (#5-3350 Westham Island Rd).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were up for August 2014 (15) when compared to August 2013 (10).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $750,000 (#83 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $256,000 (#307 4738 53rd St).  Currently there are 45 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 54 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $709,000  (#11-5900 Ferry Rd) and the lowest priced listing is $236,000 (#12-5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
