Detached home sales in Ladner were once again down for the month of August (11) when compared to the same month last year (25). The highest priced home sold for $3,200,000 (34B Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $720,900 (Jibset Bay).  All sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 55 days. Currently there are 118 listings on the market compared to 119 at the end of August. As of today the highest priced listing is $15,999,999 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $195,000 (#9 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,336,211 (single family).

The average sold price was $788,657. Currently there are 59 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 35 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,799,000 (4932 Fenton Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $314,900 (#104 4808 Linden Drive).
