Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of July (4) when compared the same month last year (10). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,480,000 (Laurel Drive) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $1,220,000 (61st Street). One sale was above their asking price while all the other sales were below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 28 days (23 last month). Currently there are 50 single family home listings on the market compared to 61 at the end of July. As of today the highest priced listing is $5,388,880 (5642 Grove Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $159,000 (#14 3350 Westham Island Road). The average list price is $1,736,862 (single family).
