Ladner Home Sales (December 2017)

Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of December (8) when compared to the same month last year (6). The highest priced home sold for $2,350,000 (Central Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $790,000 (Cedar Tree Lane). One sale was at its asking price and one sale was above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 37 days. Currently there are 76 listings on the market compared to 72 at the end of December.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,500,000 (2990 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $379,900 (#18 3871 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,528,152 (single family).

The average sold price was $618,709. Currently there are 24 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 32 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $978,000  (#1 5510 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $398,000 (#108 4926 48th Ave).
