Ladner Home Sales (February 2014)

Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of February (23) when compared to the same month last year (12).  The highest priced home sold for $1,188,000 (5523 Grove Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $529,000 (#4 3473 W River Rd).  One home sold above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for February was $568,271 (February 2012 average $567,350).  Currently there are 115 listings on the market compared to 107 at the end of February.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $129,000 (#7-3350 Westham Island Rd).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were down for February 2014 (7) when compared to February 2013 (8).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $757,000 (#60 -   5900 Ferry Rd) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $235,800 (D202 4845 53rd Street).  Currently there are 56 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 50 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $765,000  (#32-5900 Ferry Rd) and the lowest priced listing is $261,900 (#115 4889 53rd Street).
